Cancellation Policy –

• There is a $40.00 service fee for all returned checks, in addition to remaining balance(s).

• Your deposit, minus a $50.00 non-refundable administration fee, will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled 90 or more days prior to the date reserved.

• Cancelling less than 90 days from your event, your deposit will not be refunded and you will owe 25% of your contracted minimum.

• Cancelling less than 60 days from your event, your deposit will not be refunded and you will owe 50% of your contracted minimum.

• Cancelling less than 30 days from your event, your deposit will not be refunded and you will owe 75% of your contracted minimum.

• Cancelling less than 14 days from your event, you will forfeit your deposit and owe 100% of your contracted minimum.

• Camp Swatara will apply up to two date transfers within the same year or one date transfer to the following calendar year without penalty.
